International Name (active ingredient): bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus acidophilus, escherichia coli
Clinical-pharmacological group: Gastroenterology, Hepatology → Intestinal microflora balance regulators
Ingredients
The drug is a probiotic complex in which a prebiotic component – a biologically active food supplement fructoligosaccharide – is added as an adjuvant.
Each capsule of the drug contains:
Probiotic Complex: Microbes constituting the normal intestinal microflora: Bifidobacterium (Bifidobacterium bifidum I, Bifidobacterium longum), Lactobacteria (Lactobacillus fermenti, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus) (17).
Each capsule contains at least 109 (billion) living microbes, with a separate microbial content of at least 107 (10 million) living cells.
Auxiliary prebiotic component: fructoligosaccharide 50 mg.
Pharmacological properties
Bifloraac is a complex drug. It is a mixture of normal human intestinal microflora components – bifidobacteria, lactobacteria and colibacteria, lyophilized living cells. The drug is made from the antibiotic resistant strains of listed microbes, which makes its components resistant to various antibiotics and sulfanilamides.
The fructoligosaccharide, which is part of the preparation, invariably reaches the small and large intestine, where it stimulates the propagation of the ingested microbes, it is a feedstock for probiotics. It also causes the potency of the human immune system.
Mechanism of action: The healing effect of bifloraac is due to the antagonistic action of the microbial constituents on the intestinal pathogenic microorganisms.
The normal level of intestinal microflora achieved by the administration of the drug in the microbiota regulates gastrointestinal function; Improves metabolism processes; Opposes the development of chronic forms of intestinal diseases; Enhances non-specific resistance of the organism.
Testimonials
Acute and chronic gastroenteritis;
• dysbiosis of various etiologies, irritable bowel syndrome;
• intestinal disorders that have developed or microbial genesis following antibiotic and sulfanilamide administration;
Acute intestinal diseases during reconvulsions to increase nonspecific resistance of the organism.
• Along with antibiotic therapy, as a preventive treatment for expected dysbiosis.
